What will you do if you don't sleep at night?

I often don't sleep all the night, I watch movies and play the games. I know it's harmful to my body, but I can't get sleepy. What will you do if you can't get sleepy at night?

Try to read books which relax you, try having a warm milky drink and it also helps to try chanting a mantra - just one word you can say over and over again in your head. Good luck!

Maybe next time I will count sheep in my mind again and again if I can't get sleep. Thank you for your advice.

i also find it difficult to sleep at night.. so, i would just read novels or watch movies...=)
