Dear Friend Reference to recent terror attacks in Mumbai(India), Indian and Paksitan goverment are engaged in war of words with each other . India and United States OF America , has given many proof to Pakistan ,which proves that recent terror attacks in mumbai(India) were carried by Intelligence agencies of Pakistan and terrorists involves in the attack were Pakistani Nationals (citizen ). But Pakistan has been denying and saying that it has not recieved any proofs so far. Do You think Paksitan should except and work on proofs give by USA and Inida separately . With War Of Words going on ,Do You Think India & Pakistan Can End Up In A Real War? Thanks Ganesh

I am from the west so I don't really know that much about India and Pakistan but I do know that they have had bad feelings since the beginning of the existence of Pakistan

I know about the terrorist attack on mumbai hotel, canadians were killed in that attack including a doctor here in montreal, where I live

Dear Friend Yes you are right it has been since creation of Pakistan that Pakistan had attacked India 4 times but lost all 4 times ...... Pakistan is the nation that hosts huge number of terrorists organisations ..... Right now they are exchanging hot words with each other , since India has caught one Pakistan National alive while attacking on mumbai India..... The captured terrorist in recent terror attack in mumbai India has revealed that all other 9 killed terrorists are from Pakistan beside this US and India has collected and handed over many proofs to Pakistan goverment . i dont think india pakistan will be going into a real war pakistan is just creating a war hysteria so as to supress the fundamental issue of terrorism. india on the other hand as said it does not want war and just wants action against the terror outfits operational in pakistan. pakistan has been trying hard to lull india into war so as to grab the attention of the world and say india forced war on us we didn't want war. all in all i think its just dirty game that the pakistan government is playing.

I don't think they will end up in war currently both the countries in fact the whole world is facing the economic crisis and in this situation they have to think about 100 times to start a war which could only lead to deaths and breakdown of economic backbone of both the countries.And i really don't think India will force war on Pakistan.

Dear Tushavi India and US intelligence agencey FBI have submitted proof to Paksitans goverment . About History I know that India has badly defeated Pakistan 4 times before in response to Pakistan's attack on India . And I dont want war with Pakistan because use of Nuclear weapon can flush off Pakistan from world map with in few minutes at the same time killing billion of people from India also. I certainly hope not. War in the nuclear age is unthinkable. Rhetorics could lead to war but hopefully, both countries would consider the fact that they have nuclear capabilities and war could lead to nothing but the annihilation of both countries. They could, but I'm hoping that cooler heads will prevail in both countries. They each have too much at stake to get into a war - their economics, their political stability, etc. A war would be very costly in many ways.

The tense situation between India and Pakistan does require watching closely, Ganesh. I would hope that it doesn't escalate into a full-fledged war that would bring suffering to so many. I don't know if Pakistan is just in denial about the Mumbai incident or pretending to be. Sometimes words can throw fuel onto the fire. I hope that does not happen in this case.

No, I do not think Pakistan or India should put much weight in the so-called proof they get from anyone. Especially right now... I'm from the US and think that there is a major mix up on who is doing what in this terror tirade. Peace cannot happen when we have big men with money and political power running around putting the blame on the wrong person.

Hello Ganesh,I don't think in near future there will be real war between India and Pakistan.Because the two countries have nuclear warheads.If war begins it will be nuclear war.Then the two countries will be destroyed.So both India and pakistan will avoid war.It's no doubt the terrorist attacks in Mumbai was masterminded from Pakistan and the attackers were Pakistani. Yes my friend i agree with you but here Pakistan should take immediate action on that intelligence report given by India & America otherwise there will be a big war of words and in that i am sure America will come because he wants a war in between India & Pakistan by that he will get good benefit like now how is Iraq,by seeing this i don't feel that there will be war because Indians and Pakistanis are brain to think and to use it.

India will not start the war,and it should not start the war.But it should take more initiatives to bring pressure on Pakistan government through,US,Britan,UNO etc..so that Pakistan wakes up to the realities and wipes out the terrorist activities. As said by other Mylotters,neither country can bear the cost of war now.Moreover the war should not turn into a nuclear war and the innocent people killed in millions. So In my opinion,both countries will think about the consequences of war,and settle their issues through talks. There are so many countries in the world,where the people live peacefully without any fear of war,terrorist attacks etc. Why not these countries take a lesson from them and let their people live in peace.

There will be alot at stake here for both countries and I certainly hope that they don't. I think that they should use Cricket to united their countries. I sincerely hope that they will joined hands together and show the citizens of both countries that things will be better and different in 2009. Why can't they see that war is not the answer to solve problems. China use Pandas maybe they can use something to symbolize peace too.

If any war happens, it can be disastrous not only for both the countries but for the entire South Asia as well. Moreover given the present economic situation for both the countries, neither of them is in a position to continue with the war for so long. In case India attacks Pakistan, it is obvious that Pakistan will retaliate through nuclear bombs and India will counter this by the same. This will be highly disastrous for both the countries.So chance are very low of any war between them.

I think India should not take war on Pakistan because they are not the sole responsibility for the attack. I read in news that terrorists came through ship and then splitted themselves for attack.
