I want to loose my belly

Hey people please help me to reduce my belly.I got some extra fats.Please tell me something to get rid of that.Recently i joined a Gym and exercise there about an hour daily and also don't eat oily food now.Do You have any suggestions to get rid of these extra fats as soon as possible.

Well, there are a lot of factors that can affect how much body fat you can lose.
But here some of the basics: If your goal is to lose BODY FAT, then you should stick to High Intensity Training (HIT). HIT is kind of like being a sprinter. You have to puch your heart rate really high and then let it slow down. HIT is most effective in losing body fat. Running long distances will also be effective, but i can be first to tell you that it gets boring to run on the same speed for an hour.
Another thing, removing oily food will not guarantee you will lose weight. You should worry about your portion sizes and how often you eat. I would recommend eat 5 spaced out small meals, that take in the main food groups.

Thanx for the advice,actually i started running in the morning but its so cold,so i decided to run on the treadmill in the gym only.
