Payments pending in PTC's

I am soooo annoyed with the scammers of these non-paying PTC's. I have been waiting for months and months for payments, which I will never get. Pay 2 Surf is one of the biggest scams on the 'net. They charge $69.99 to upgrade for just 6 months. They keep saying the upgraded members get paid first. But if you really look beyond the fake "I got paid" in the forum you will see what the owner is doing. He will use any kind of excuse not to payout anyone standard or premium until the upgrade expires. Then he wants you to upgrade again. I really got a big laugh when a guy posted he got paid...here's why. In order for him to get $35 in pay he paid $69.99 to upgrade and in a week he got paid $35 less processing fees which ended up being about $33.69. Now you tell me was that something to brag about? He paid $70 to get back $33.69. Now when he reaches payout again he will be back to a standard member which means he wont get paid for months and months or never...These scammers are doing this every day and some members are just too dumb to realize they are losing their money.I am so mad at these PTC owners. They are the scum of the internet and now I see why Paypal doesn't want them as customers. Sad part is they are still running this scam site and saying they are honest...What a joke. Thanks for letting me vent my anger to ALL PTC owners....Sooner than later they all become scams. It's just a matter of time.
