I got the perfect pull up for christmas and i only set it up yesterday and tried it out. but i can tell that this is an amazing machine. It is a chin up bar that allows you to do sulpine pull ups aswell. it comes with handles that go on the bar which allows you to use better form. I set it up yesterday and i can tell that it is going to work very well. what did you get for christmas
