Hi my dear friends sorry to ask you but from what age you started smoking and which is the first cigarette you smoked at that time did you ever planned to quit smoking please quit smoking !

I don't really remember..I think I started when I was still in high school, but I quit now..since it is harmful for me and my family too.

Well i hate smoking and dont understand how people get addicted knowing its harmful. Only who want to live today and not cared of tomm are the ones who smoke.

i bagan to smoking at 18 ,when i was a student of colleage...
but now i have quitting somking sucessfully..

I don't smoke. I've tried it just once and it was so gross. I don't like it. My boyfriend started when he was 16, but I got him to quit at 21.
