Yes I have. I am not into going to bars to meet people so I joined a dating site. That was where I met my partner. I have tried many kinds of dating but I found that one I like best is to get to know the person before meeting them. I have tried meeting straight away and having a boring dinner and I have tried long email discussions and phone conversations. I like the email method. If the person is being honest then you get a feel for them. If you feel that this is someone you would like to meet then that is the next stage. You may not have any chemistry together as a relationship but you may find a new friend.

I sort of did a long time ago. It wasn't the Internet type that is common now but was a computer matching thing. I was not not happy with the results as the one girl I met just was not my type inspite of it supposedly being a computer match from a qustionaire we each had submitted, I gues she was less than trueful. I have thought of trying the Internet version since I work from home and the opportunities to meet people are very limited.
