what are your thoughts about human rights of terrorists.do you think terrorists should be given the privilege of these rights.do they really deserve it. i understand that they have their own reasons and own justification.some are brainwashed, but after terror strikes, after hundreds of people die do you still think they should be treated as human?

What kinds of human right are you talking about? Once a person has committed a criminal act, he/she will be subjected to the laws of the land. A murderer is not usually treated in the same light of an ordinary criminal. A mass murderer's crime is worse than that of Satyam Computers. A $1 billion fraud is nothing compared to the loss of even a single life.

If you're only talking about those we know beyond any shadow of a doubt are terrorists, then of course they don't deserve human rights; however, if there is a doubt, no matter how small that doubt may be, absolutely they should be treated as humans. I don't think anything exists that would create more terrorists as quickly as people like Americans denying human rights to someone who was only SUSPECTED of being terrorists. Annie
