I have problem in paypal while linking and confirming my credit card why?

I don't know the reason why but I am getting it whenever I try to verify the account in Paypal. It shows as " This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card."
Please inform me if you know about this...?

You will get that message if the credit card you are using is over limit or in the case of a prepaid credit card if it has no balance. In other words if you don't have any money on the card you cannot use it to verify your paypal account.

Ya you are right. I have nil balance in paypal. What should I do?

You don't have top have a balance in your paypal account. You have to have a balance on your credit card. If you don't have any money on the credit card you are tying to verify with you won't be able to verify until you put some money on the card. Is the credit card a prepaid credit card?

There are many reason to this error the most common error is that check whether you have international credit card and check in the bottom of the card whether it is written " electronic use only " if it is so you cannot use this card online .If your are not encountered both this error contact your bank staffs .bye

I was also having the same problem and I was supposed to contact my bank staff. But after reading your discussion I have learned what the problem is. In fact, my card says at the left side "Electronic Used Only". If you have the same problem I can tell you how to get a Virtual Credit Card to get your paypal account verified. Just add me as your friend.
