Hello my friend, I wasn't sure at first about the question, but then I wondered is it about domineering, control freaks, other people trying to run your life and take over for you, sounds like my ex, my ex used to do that, like a dictator would always tell me how I should do jobs and what job to go after and what I have to do with my life, as though I was a puppet, a child in fact, and I hated it. It's like being treated like a child and they wouldn't listen they always knew best! Well no one ain't ever telling me how to live my life ever again!

But that is in the past now my friend and I have learnt valuable lessons, and that is what life is all about isn't it! We have to experience the bad times to appreciate the good times and as they say what don't kill us makes us stronger, and after what happened with my ex I am pleased to say I am more positive and more stronger and my confidence is coming back and I know what I want from life now, I have a clear head, time is a wonderful healer and the hurt I had is now diluted and I accept what happened and now I can move on in life and experience more goodness.

Hello balasri! I would say that when I was in highschool, my mom used to dictate what I will do and what I won't do. But now that I am grown up, I guess she leave most of the decision to me although she is always still here for me to guide me.

Hi bala..at one time yes in two relationships my life was ruled by my partners, what friends I could have, what I could and couldn't do, when I could or couldn't go out...thankfully I got out of both relationships and now I will let no-man or woman try and live my life for me..littleowl

I don't really quite get what you mean bala. But from what I understand, the question is if someone would be controlling your life up to now that we are already capable of deciding... I hope I interpreted it right. Well, if this is such the situation, I would certainly tell that person that I am already a grown person and mature person. I have to make my own decision and stand up for myself. Of course I would do it in a suttle way, since I pressume that such person who would do that would most likely be close to me or my parents.

I think there's very few people who'd choose to live my life! In fact, there's many who think I'm mad ;-) I'm jesting. I do know what you mean, but the answer is still no. It's normally family who want to get over involved, and I'm glad to say that mine concern themselves with my business only when invited. I return the favour by allowing others to do their own thing too.

Maybe you can say more about your discussion.Someone will not understand what you want to talk about, besides me. So I response this in my opinion of what the discussion is. I think everyone must choose their own life to live which they prefer.I always live in my own way whatever anyone says. How to live comfortable is my business, but what anyone talk about me is not my business,I don't care.

I hope not Bala, for if there was someone i would want them to live with only the up's and not the downs of my life. I would most certainly advise them to live life their own way.

It would be flattering because he/ she thinks my life is worth living! What else would be more pleasant, that would only validate my stands in life! Having said this, I would want him/ her to live it with positivity and conviction which I have been all through.

My thoughts above doesn't mean imitating in any way. If some does that, I would advise him to LIVE HIS OWN LIFE, no matter what.

I used to have that problem all of the time. I had to put a stop to it though because it really got on my nerves and I knew what to do with my own life. My life is better now.

Then it is the worst thing he is going to do in life by living my life. Because my life I think is experincing nowdays only down. We always thaught that other person life is easy but it not matter. God has given each peson with unique talent and mind so don't waste ur time on thinking other people life but try to change own life. This is my thaught of living life.
