What is your New Year Resolution as a Student?

You know, my teachers used to say that when they are discussing abt sth in class, it is best that we, as students, listen and not do anything even taking down notes. We only take down notes when the teachers ask us to or when they write things that are important on the board. This is just a thought that I want to share. It works for me. I used to write down notes while the teachers are talking but most of the time, what I copied are irrelevant. :(
