Which actor was most memorable?

There is no doubt that this movie was filled with many outstanding personalities. Many of the prisoners left an amazing impression and i think Chris Rock (CareTaker) left the biggest mark. Although, Adam Sandler was the main guy, Caretaker made the movie much more interesting.
