Dream house!!

Its one of my recurring dreams to own a house soon. I have been dreaming about it day and night. 
How many of you actually own a house bought with your own money? How many of you are actually dreaming of buying one like me?
What kind of house would you prefer buying when you have the money? I would like to buy a nice apartment with my bedroom windows facing some lake or a garden. I know it might sound a bit of an unattainable dreams. But what is their in a life without dreams....right??

Owning your own home is not an unattainable dream, even in this economy. You have to lay the groundwork for purchasing one by having a good work history, saving money regularly in the bank and paying your bills on time to establish that you are a good credit risk. Financing the purchase of a car and having at least one credit card helps to increase your credit score. These days there are many programs (at least here in the U.S.) that help first time home buyers with some of the expenses related to purchasing their own home.
