Yep! You can actually see that rule on your PayPal account - it's in the FAQs pages and in the Withdrawal page I think. I'm not too sure :) Anyway, Php7k is the minimum withdrawal with free charges. From a business perspective, this is actually fair because they're able to charge fees for those who withdraw too often or they can hold it for a while and invest it on something until you're ready to withdraw it :) Thanks for the comment on my discussion!

I agree with Keanusuke. They charge only 50 pesos. Better than other means of withdrawing your funds there, right?
