how to receive money from paypal in India?

I am having around 20 dollar in my paypal account .I want to knew how I can transfer that amount.I knew that I can transfer through check but for that I need 150 dollar. I want to knew can i spend that amount in ebay .give suggestion.thanku

Maybe you an spend it to buy something on the Internet, i dont think it will be enough to pay shipping cost when you buy from another country than you. Try to find some exchanger at your country and maybe you can cash it. In my country many exchnager that we can exchange ecurreny like wmz, alertpay, Liberty or something else
