During SALE is the best time but it’s not the convenient time for me because of the shoppers wanting to take advantage of the sale price. I usually go on the last day as people would be minimized – in most cases.
And of course, one of the best times to go on shopping is during pay day. Hehehe..

oh, thamarker, i have noticed that there are a lot of people who shop during payday. this is understandable, they have the money to spend for the things needed and those things wanted for sometime already.
payday shoppers do not really wait for bargains and sale/slash sale promos. it is because, what they care about is getting those items which they need at a time when the items are most desired and wanted.
so you love to shop when you have just gotten your pay, right, my friend?

per my observation, the big big sale events come after the new year. there might be some stores and malls giving sale items and bargains after christmas day but, the better ones are coming after the new year. observe how many people care to go to the malls and stores after the new year. they are much too few if compared to the days covered by the long holiday period which runs from early december till the first few days of january.
in our area, the stores and malls are closed on new year's day. people do not go out and buy on this day. it seems like there is a belief that causes everyone to stay away from these places every first day of the year. then, the second day of january comes and business will still be slack. business will pick up slowly after the first week yet. this is per my observation.
so, if you are a store owner, you will offer more bargains after the new year and, you'd better make it a big bargain sale if you want people to be coming in. there must only be few around who will be willing to part with their money after all the spending last december, right?
