yes ,my friend,in my opinion, I think you can add somebody as your friend,and it also can make other people to be your friend, you should post discussions here ,then people can know your basic information .then we know each others ,thus we can be friends la. good luck and happy mylotting.

you can make friends by just taking part in discussions and it worked for me, i havent to be honest added any one as a friend (yet) but people about 6 or 7 have added me as friends and i allowed it. plus i have want refferd friend aswel which is another ways of having friends on mylot
