If I am not mistaken, normally we should have to take at least six glasses of water in a day, we can do it more if we are energetic or an athletic type of person. Right now I start my day with 500ml (half liter) of water every morning before taking anything for my stomach. But before? I can't hardly consume two glasses because I was not used of drinking that amount of water every morning. From that moment then, I trained myself to do it until I reach right now a half liter each morning and thereafter each meal. One liter and a half is my minimum excluding those some extra 500ml every time I feel thirsty. How about you are doing water therapy in yourself? How many glasses of water will you consume in a day? Cheers!!

There has been alot of hype about needing to drink an enormous amount of water a day. From the research I have been doing and speaking with different doctors your body does not need that much water. Although drinking water is ok drinking to excess is not necessary. I find now that I drink water only when I feel thirsty, that is a sign that you need to drink water, and I have not noticed anything bad happening health wise with me. My trips to the bathroom have gone down to a more normal amount. I think this is because I am not filling myself up with unnecessary fluids that my body does not need

drinking lots of water and make it a habit helps your digestive system works well. Good for our kidneys and help dispose toxins on our body.

hi!
i think not because drinking water or drinking more than enough of water flushes out toxins in our system through urine. it helps our kidney also. aside to the fact that drinking water moisturizes the skin and gives it a normal glow.
happy posting!

My yoga teacher that drinking too much water puts a strain on the kidneys which is both logical and reasonable. I drink just enough water and when I find myself getting thirsty all the time then I wonder if I am diabetic. Cheers!!

Water therpay is one of the many natural threapy around, and its also the easiest, and cheapest one ! If taken properly, constipation can go away with only one session. Acidity are known to be cured with only two session. Diabetes can be controlled with only seven sessions. Hypertension can be controlled with only four weeks of water therapy, and even cancers are known to be controlled in the same amount of time. If person has pulmonary TB, three months of water therapy should do it. These facts were based on research and experience by followers.
This is actually an amazing therapy. However, if you are seriously ill, make sure to contact your physician first and get their confirmation before chugging down this volume of water. Sometimes there are patients who are advised against drinking too much water as they would be harmful to their own health. But if you’re not a special patient and see no complications in your body, start drinking and see the results in no time. You’ll feel healthier, stronger and cleaner inside and out.
I thankfully dont have to take it as a therapy, as i naturally feel thristy, and consume enough glasses of water daily !

Try adding another glass slowly every morning until you will get to it. It's really good on our body particularly on our digestive system. You can notice every morning in your daily disposals...

Usually, most of people insist that the average amount of water which an adult should drink is abot 2000ml(2 liter). Drinking water as soon as you get up every moring is necessary as your body have lost many water after a long sleep. The expers, however, suggest that everyone should drink water according to his own health condition. Someone, like atheletes, may need more water than ordinary people. And some people have special diseases may need much more water than others. Anyway, the minize amount of water an ordinary adult should drink is 500ml, and the max one is 3000ml.

I usually spend my time in front of the computer therefore even though I'm quite thirsty, I don't readily drink water because i am very attached with what I'm doing in the internet. But later on I blame myself for not drinking that much especially if I become sick. When I'm sick, I really drink a lot of water and it really helps but when I get better, I'm back to my old self. But thanks for this post, i think I really need water therapy and I'll try training myself. Cheers!
