My grandpa is in the hospital

He was having trouble breathing the day after Christmas, so my mother took him to the hospital. They admitted him. His pulse was up to 120 beats per minute. They gave him something to bring it down and are keeping him to be safe. He is 84 years old and he had a double bypass last year, so it is good that she got him there right away.
To make this a discussion, any other myLotters dealing with ill family members this winter?

84 is a good long life.
So far so good in that area of my family.
I lost my dad when he was 54. I still have my mother who is now 72, and I feel worried every day I will receive a call that she is in trouble.
I feel compassion for you.
