Hello fellow mylotters! It is almost 2009 already! I usually spend new year with my family and special someone but since I am away from home I am still thinking on where to go. I haven't decided if I am going to a friend's party or buy a ticket to the new year's fireworks party at the bay! How about you? where are you spending new years eve?

I will probably be spending New Years Eve at home like I do every year. We tend to eat some special foods and just spend the night at home sporadically watching TV to see what events are going on. Then we all watch TV at the last few minutes before midnight.

Sometimes we have shrimp but usually we have things that people typically think of as 'party' foods. Chips, sandwiches, sometimes shrimp. That sort of thing. No plans yet as to what we want for this year. Guess we need to figure that out kind of soon though.

I will just spend the New Year at our home. I will spend time in prayer thanking the good Lord for all the blessings of the year 2008. I will think over the things that have been accomplished during the year 2008 and I will also set new goals for the year 2009.I will spend time planning for the programs and activities to be done for the year 2009.

I will be spending New Years eve with my kids and husband. We like to have games and movies and lots of snacks to eat. Then at midnight we go to the balcony and watch the fireworks.

we are planning to attend the New Year mass and zip the road back home watching the fireworks. Call up all the buddies to wish them in the busy ongoing network traffic jam and make sure they are wished. Spend the evening in a drive in theatre.
