Why is'nt so hard to have a job in oDesk

Theres a lot of questions there in oDesk..does anyone who have work in oDesk?

I do Odesk jobs frequently.It's normal that there are a lot of questions there, they just want to make sure somehow that the freelancers getting the jobs are really qualified to realize them, otherwise it would also damage the others.

Odesk seems to be confusing to me. I don't really get all the requirements of signing up. I prefer to look for more straightforward jobs. I might do some odesk jobs when I have the patience to sign up for them.

i have an account on odesk but i haven't to do any jobs right now.. i just sign up their last week... it's one cool site because there are a lot of jobs being offered.. actually if you are good in finishing the assign jobs you could earn more than what you already earn by other paying sites.
