My husband and I have changed sides of the bed, so I had to change my ways of going to sleep. Now, I go to bed and turn on my right side for a time, and when I get sleepy, I turn on my left side. I sleep in the fetal position (knees drawn up) with an arm under my pillow. If I wake up during the night restless with my legs hurting, I will lay on my back for awhile with legs straight or drawn up at the knees. But my usual sleeping form is on either my left or right side (according to which side of the bed I sleep on). I am a pretty sound sleeper 'til my husband gets up, but I fall right back to sleep.

this is a nice discussion starter Pal ! i usually sleep on my back with my legs straight and some times i turn to my right or left. i keep the blanket till my neck . if i feel very cold i would cover myself with the blanket. i heard the best sleeping posture is on the back with a cervical roll under the neck and the knees supported by the pillow. try to sleep on your side. this is the best way to sleep. i m also trying to change my self . i hope that i will change my sleeping posture.
