I think they reclassified pluto as a planetoid. Does anyone remember what the redefined criteria for a 'planet' was to be? If I remeber correctly I don't even think pluto's orbit fits the circular pattern of the other planets in the solar system. Do we even actually have pictures of pluto? I'm thinking one of those sattelites launched into inter-stellar space should have sent back a shot.

I think it should be considered a planet. Why should we change it?

If pluto is not a planet, then what is it? What we have to call pluto, just pluto?

I think it's not fair to declassify pluto as not a planet. I think the definition should be anything round that orbits the sun be classified as planets.

If Pluto continued being considered a planet, there were up to 50 candidates that eventually could have right to the same title. Today I listened at the radio to one of the proposers of the motion that at the end was adopted by the Astronomic Assembly.

I'm disappointed. Seems like everything I learned about in grade school was a lie. Bring back Pluto!!

yes it should not be called as a planet as it is not full filling the required three conditions that is the definition of a planet
