I met this person on October 5, 2008. I was never really expecting that it would be that soon. I have been praying for the right man to come along. And he came...rushing, I think.
Prior to that, I have been starting to get over my first love. It took me nine years to let go. Now, I believe that God just wanted me to fully settle myself into a situation where I could say that I am ready to fall in love again. In the course of that 9 years, I loved other people, but not to the extent of having a relationship with them because I am not seeing myself ready that time.
Until I finally realized that it is time to move on...and I met my destiny.
The one I have asked God for. And he wants to share his life with me, and so do I.
I love him more than I loved my first love. He is one of those persons whom I treasure the most. I know that he does the same with me too...
I am happy, very very very much happy...and contented. =)

I appreciate everything you have said. Nine years is really a long time. Add to that, he got married in March 27, 2002 and the whole thing about us started in March 16, 1999. I loved him very very much...but that was before.

Congratulations...! You fortunate enough to get what you wish for. At times, things may look to be not so encouraging because we are under some sort of frustration. In such situations we must do what you have done " give ourselves some time to get ready for the right situation".
You have given enough time to yourself, yes, nine years is a long time and then you have decided to started new life so I am sure that your decision is a matured decision. May God bless you. Have a nice time.

The man I loved before got married in March 27, 2002. The whole thing about us started in March 16, 1999. The present one, I was able to say that he is nice because I consider him as the answer to my prayers. The date that we met, October 5, 2008, is the manifestation of the first sign that I asked God for... =)
