I have a friend who is always trying to quit smoking yet he has not been able to even cut down on smoking. Everyone knows how bad it is for the health of the person who smokes and how bad is for the near and dear ones because of passive smoking.. i just want to know
1) have you tried to quit smoking?
2) how difficult it is to quit?
3) what are various problems you face when you quit
4) how many you actually gave up?
5) once you give up do u feel like smoking again say 6 months or one year later?

I have never smoked, so I have never had to worry about quitting.

I never smoked but my husband did and he was able to quit using a filter system that was out 30 years ago, he didn't seem to have too much difficulty doing it from what I can remember, but it is very difficult for a lot of people to quit and some try several times and they just can't.
