Ingrown Hairs....

Ok, guys out there with ingrown hairs on there neck. I need some advice. My husband has a hard time after shaving, I love to pick at the ingrown hairs personally...anyone else out there intriqued with this??? Anyway, we need some good remedies to relieve the ingrown hairs and the irritation. Tell us how you fix this problem.

my mom told me one time to keep a hot towel around the area and it will help loosen the ingrowns

I would talk to a dermatologist.
I know there are new creams on the market for this kind of thing but I am not sure they really work.
For women, I know if you shave (down there) with Neosporin it gets rid of shave bumps. Maybe that would help him?
