can i withdraw my dollars by AP account without verified?

i have a somea money in AP account,can i withdraw these money without verrified AP account ? how to do ? they pay through check or online bank transfer.

I don't know whether it can be transfer without verified it because I have verified it and I can transfer the money to my bank account.
