What do you think of those "helpful" sales associate in abercrombie or AE?

What do you think of those "helpful" sales associate in clothing stores like abercrombie and american eagle? I hate the fact that they come up to me asking me do I need help when I didn't even look at the clothes yet. Stop bothering me! If I need your help, I will ask you. It gets annoying after a while. This always happens. I'm not sure how others feel but I just don't like the fact that they barge in right when I approach the jean or clothes section.
