Predictions for Chapter 4

Okay, I personally don't think that Sylar is dead. And I also don't think that Nathan put Peter in the file at the beginning of Chapter 4, or himself for that matter. What are your predictions for Chapter 4?

I don't think Sylar can die. Didn't he take on Claire's power when he sliced her head open? She survived because of her being indestructible as opposed to the others he's done it to who of course cannot handle the procedure.
