Hi king, Nothing bad has happened yet to it. I just can't find how to do some things. I was use to a Dell laptop before the Compaq. First question, How many hours of battery power does this model have? Second, what button do I hit to make the sound on my PC go up, down, or mute it without having to hit the speaker icon on the task bar? I may have other questions, but that's it for now. DCMerkle
