Eyes Twitching?

Do you believe in superstition? Or are you superstitious? Do you start worrying whenever your eye lids twitch? Some say if your right eye or eye lid twitches it means something good is going to happen. BUt some sayings differ or contradict each other. SO, are you one who will start "fretting" whenever your eye twitches or would you just leave it alone? I've done some readings and according to doctors, if your eye twitches, it means you're tired or have lack of sleep. What say you?
