It seems to be quite often true. If you've evercised a lot & gained a lot of muscle from it, & stop exercising (thus stopped using your muscles) you do have a tendency to lose some muscle off your body. Quite often, if you have items that you stopped using, & decide to pack them away, & then later decide that you needed to use one of those items, they're nowhere to be found. Then when you're NOT looking for that particular item, after you no longer have a need for it, that's when you find it.

Well it all depends on what is it that I don't use or I lose.

ya its true.so my principle is first use girls means their body otherwise u will lose her and u will see that any other person will use her.

well if you dont walk yourlegs become relaxed, and you loks muscle and you become fat, but if you use them they become stronger, so igues use it would be better .:)
