yes in the cigars, there is a harmful substance called cocain is there. doctors will calculate the pack years and give their diagnosis. packyears means no of packs you cigar a day for years. if you exceeds 40 pack years you will get bronchogenic carcinoma, copd and many others. what about you?

Well i dont smoke and i advice my friends to quit smoking and get help from rehabiliation centers.

it causes very harm to any body. it will take anyone to god if it exceeds 50 pack years
