Pretty much what I am doing today. A little housecleaning, spending a lot of time on the computer. I have to do some grocery shopping and start some paperwork that I have been putting off for most of the year. Nothing special. I think I will have a quiet new years eve as I do not want to travel with all that drinking and driving going on. I know it is supposed to be against the law but people seem to still do it and get caught.

Well, here in the US, it is only 10:15 a.m. on the 29th, so I still have quite a bit of time until it is 2009. Today is my day off from work, so I am spending a lot of the time here in myLot and going to be busy doing other things here around the house as well. I have to work the 30th and 31st myself, but might be around in the evening just relaxing and maybe spending some time on the Computer and in myLot as well. It just depends on if we decide we need to go do something as well.

For me- these two days are the most boring ones. I work at home. So, I'll be still at home. But it's holiday session, not much jobs to do. My friends and family will have 2 days off on Jan.1st and 2nd., so, I'll have to wait them for something fun. Too bad.

Time seems to past so fast, I thought I just planned for December a while ago and now it's already the end of it! Two more days to the beginning of a new year, I plan to relax as I don't have to work, yet. Once the New Year comes around, I'll be loaded with all kinds of teaching and coaching work. It's scary when I think of the work load at times but it's an exciting year, so I need to be well prepared with all my physical and mental batteries are well charged for all the great things in 2009. In particular, I plan to cook some nice meals for my family and myself (I love to cook), read an inspirational book, listen to some nice music albums. I'd like these two days to be nice, calm, peaceful and slow paced. Wish you a happy New Year 2009! ^^

there are so many things to do, rberon. this is relative to our church's activities programmed towards the end of the year. the whole day of the 30th, that's tomorrow, is devoted for the annual thanksgiving. the day after that shall be preparations for the new year. preparations for us is not food on the table. it is preparing oneself for another year of service to our Lord. so there goes our resolve for the new year. meditating and examining oneself as to how we did for the past year. the target will always be to have a better performance for the incoming year. that is indeed something that needs working on.
