Do you have good judgement of people?

To be honest, Im not sure if I am or not. I know Ive misjudged people before, but I can tell by how people act or talk usually if they are good or not. In my last job I could tell right away that the girl I was gonna be working with was a problem. I didnt even have to talk to her. Its how she acted and treated others, plus how she talked on the phone. The girl I was replacing, who was also the one who trained me, was very nice and you could tell just by looking at her. She had that kind look about her and Ill tell you one thing. If it was her that I was to work with, Id still be there. She was very sweet. This other girl was so bad that after a while I started getting anxiety attacks and had to quit. Sad.

I have a pretty good second sense about people but am only right most of the time. Others find my ability annoying but proved true in the end. I try to keep my opinions of first impressions to myself so as not to offend others but I still feel what I feel.

I am very skeptical of people when I first meet them and that might cloud my judgement on what kind of people they really are.....but I can usually spot a phony...and I know a liar when I see one...there have been a few times I have totally missed the mark on someone...like thinking they are a snot until I get to know them and find out they are just a little shy....It's good you can pick out the personalities....sometimes it's very hard!
