What do you think about Human Rights ?

I belive that everybody has human rights and nothing/nobody can take those away. Every human being even crimminals are granted those rights. Some people may say those people don't deserve those rights but who are we to tell them they don't deserve them. How can we as people take a person's rights away for a crime he/she committed. There are serious crimes I understand where people take others rights away...(i.e by killing them). But that doesn't give anybody else the right, nor does it give the government any right to restrict or take away the human rights everybody is entitled to.

Human rights are very important, but we have to be careful not to take things too far. In South Africa, our constitution has included everyone's human rights and we even have a human rights court, but I think that often people have rights who should not have rights, or not as many as they enjoy - criminals for example.
