I love to sleep and I make sure that I get my 7-8 hours a day it is a must if you want to live a healthy life. People use to talk about me waking at 12pm or 1pm but I would just say I get mine you get yours, They thought I was being lazy but I new that getting enough rest is important for your body and mind. At the time I would go to bed at about 3-4am so that would lead to a afternoon wake-up and I hardly ever take naps unless I'm tired or sick. You see I've never been a morning person but now I wake at 7am 4 days out of the week and yep you quest it I turn in early to get that 7-8 hours. Tell me my mylotter friends what are your sleeping habits?

Currently, since it is vacation from school right now, I've been going to bed around 5am in the morning and waking up at 1:52 on the dot every afternoon. It's kinda weird since it feel like my body has an internal alarm telling me to wake up at 1:52 p.m. everyday now. Usually during the school term I go to bed around 2 int he morning the latest and wake at around 10 or 10:30 to try and make it to my 11 o'clock class in time. I try not to get any early classes because I know that I won't make it, never have and never will.

I've been having a problem with excessive daytime fatigue since June of 2008. I'm always tired, I wake up tired, I go to bed tired.. It's no fun.
I've been sleeping 8 hours a night pretty regularly, on occasion I'll get a bit more or a bit less, but it's pretty consistent.
I've never been a nap person, and I've always been an early riser, but in the past year my sleeping habits and fatigue level have taken a turn for the worse.
Hopefully my new medicine will help me be more alert, while still getting a healthy amount of sleep.

I have always been a night person and up until recently I worked evening shift which is probably why I was a night person. But I recently switched to day shift and I have to be on the job at 6 am so I have had to work really hard on my sleeping habits.
At firt it was hard for me to go to sleep but now after a few months I have adjusted very well.
I don't get it as to why people think just because you sleep later than they do you are lazy though. I never did figure out that theory! LOL
Now people say to me "Now that you work a real job you know what it is to have to go to bed early" Well whatever...I work the same job I always did but I guess it wasn't real until it became day shift. I always tell them that jealousy wont get them anywhere! That usually shuts em' up for a bit anyway! LOL
