What is the fourth dimension?

In addition to the three dimensions - length,width and height which are taught in elementary math in high school, the fourth dimension is time. This has also been used by Einstein in his world famous theory of Relativity. I am giving the answer straight from my head. Happy new year

along side the 3 dimensions that we live in, an extra degree of freedom, can be referred to as time or space. a fourth spatial dimension.

Yep, that is what the book said. I put it out there because I did not know it off of the top of my head. I figured I would see how many myLotters knew the answer.
