What are you going to do to celebrate the New Year?

I am probably going to have a barbeque with my family, just have a quiet day to reflect on the past year and think about the new year to come.
What are you planning? It will be interesting to hear from people all over the world what they do, what is traditional, if anything.

LOL thing is we still have sugary desserts leftover from christmas. so no need to buy or make anything. unless we wanted ice cream. but that can wait. why buy sugar when we still have cookies, cake, candy and chocolate a plenty. hehe.

Your day sounds peaceful. I think I will do something similar, I will reflect on what I have done wrong this year, and think about the ways in which i can do it right next year. In short I will be preparing for 2009!

I won't be able to do anything for the New Year's, except maybe a street party at midnight.

Me and my parents are going to watch fireworks at the TV while eating the food my parents prepared and also to avoid accidents outside. We are always looking upon our safety.
