What does you're Exercise Program/Routine consist of...?

Basically,What does it usually consist of...?
Mine is varied from week to week.I like to change things up regularly.
Lately,these days,i like to do Weighted Pullups and Curls one day,along with some cardio(either run a mile on the road or jog for 10 minutes on the treadmill),The next day,I'll do Leg Curls,Plyometrics,Bodyweight Squats,and work on grip,The next day i'll take off,and the next day,I'll do Weighted Pushups,Plyo Pushups,and Abs.
The next day,Cardio again.Next day,Weighted Pullups and Curls again,Next day,Leg Curls,Plyo Verticals,Treadmill sprints,Next day off,and The Next day,I'll do Presses,Flys and Tricep Pressdowns on My "Total Gym Clone" Machine.
When it gets where its regularly warm outside,i will resume doing alotta Bicycling and going to the ballfield to hit the Softballs.Home Run Derby Style.
My resistance training routine isnt likely to change much though,unless i get another power rack in which case i will really go off on Benching and Rack Holds.
Other then that,my program seems pretty legit overall.

My workout or exercise regime consists mostly of walking. I will try to walk at least 30 minutes, kind of power walking, every time I go. I have gone as much as twice in one day before. I have also walked as long as 2 hours and 45 minutes before.
I also, usually swim at least once a week. Sometimes more often. I try to swim for at least 20 minutes. Of course, I can swim continuously for 20 minutes, but just be in the water for that long.
And the other thing that I have been doing is working with the Max 626 weightlifting. I usually do about 3 sets of 15 on 5 exercises on that machine. I only do that once a week on average lately. I want to build this up to 2 or 3 times weekly in the next couple of months.
