Buxnext and roudycash pays you through alertpay. I have not reached minimum payout in them so I won't be able to tell you whether they pay instantly or not.

Be careful with roudycash, i just don't like what has been happening in the forum the last days, i think the multiupline system is just not profitable.
More info: Admin saying Alertpay Stole him Money, asking help to people to keep the site on, he seems to be an 15 old year person.
