When do you consider a person fat?

I was interested to know what is your definition of "fat"? When do you think a person is fat? I mean, what do you consider to be a "normal" weight for both a girl and a boy. And also, do you think a person who is at a "normal" weight can still look good in your opinion? Tell me in kg/pounds or measurements if you can, that'd be better.
I just want to make an image of what you would think a normal weight person would look like.
Also, how do you picture your ideal body? For a girl or a boy, I'm interested in both.
How many kg and what measurements would an ideal girl/boy, in your opinion have?
I am interested to know what you think are the limits - when a person is underweight and when overweight. I don't want medical reasons, just your opinion.
How much should a person weigh to be considered beautiful? Do you think "normal" weight girls/boys are beautiful? I mean, how much would you accept before considering a person fat or underweight?
I am explaining so detailed because I want to make sure you get my point :)
I'm interested to know, actually, how slim should a person be to be considered beautiful? I know most people say you are beautiful no matter how much you weight, and I agrea, but still, if you are truly honest, you can't say everyone looks ok at any weight... So, I want an honest opinion, what measurements should both a girl and a boy have for you to like her/him? In case you do care about the physicall aspect, I'm not so shallow to care only for appearance, but this is a question only about this. I know an ideal person is not based only on looks.
So with all the changes these days, do you consider underweight girls and boys beautiful? Model type of girls or even thinner? The same for overweight persons. Or do you find them repulsive?
Try not to relate to health issues here, just about appearance. I know being overweight or underweight a lot can cause damage to your health, but for those that still look like they are underweight or overweight and aren't actually, so their health is not a problem, do you find them attractive?
If you could give me examples by posting a pic, or just mentioning a name of someone, so that I can understand better what your ideal body is, I'd appreaciate it.

You say you want our opinion, well I'll give you mine. Actually I almost passed this discussion by but I had to come back to it because it disturbed me deeply.
My opinion is that you are way to obsessed with appearance. Do you plan on taking some drastic action to change your body weight? The kind of beauty that you are seeking is not beautiful at all. It is not how you look that should define your life. If you are planning some radical act to change your shape I hope you will reconsider.

I was afraid Ill get these kind of reactions... but you got me wrong... completely... I don't think a person is happy or beautiful only with a certain look, but this question was related to looks ONLY!! That's why I asked you to leave the other aspect behind if you can.
I only asked you if you have an ideal body in your head. If you have certain measurements for an ideal body. This question was only for those who actually have an ideal body in mind, for those who don't care about looks, or just don't have certain "conditions" set in their head, it was enough just to mention that this was your opinion.
You don't need to criticize me... :)
