I was thinking the other day... how stressful life can be. For a lot of people it can be really frustrating at time. So I'm curious as to what you all do for therapy when you feel like punching a wall or giving up altogether? What comes you down, what lifts you up? It can be anything at all... something that just lets you relax or makes you feel better. And why! Don't forget to say why. If you want, even give an example of what makes you tick.
I've many ways to relax when I'm frustrated or annoyed. One of the most common methods is music. If I'm feeling down or need to relax I'll listening to calm and soft music that'll bring peace. If I'm feeling angry I tend to like to hear face paced and loud beats types of music (screamo and metal are NOT my type though).
How about you all? What is YOUR self-therapy method?

Whenever I feel stressed or angry or frustrated the things that make me feel calm and cool are:
1. I pray to God (He can help)
2. I listen to music (may it be soft or rock/pop)
3. I talk to someone whom I can tell what I feel and whom I know can help me
4. I go out alone or with friends (feel the fresh air at the park, go shopping, watch movies, dine out, have a good massage etc.)
5. Go to sleep (makes me feel relax)
6. Read a good book/magazine
