One of the things I really love is Pear Halves the Southern Way.
1. Can of Pear halves
2. 1/2 lb of sharp cheddar cheese.
3. 1 cup real mayo
Place approxiamately a teaspoon and half of mayo on top of the pear halfs. Cover with graded sharp cheddar and enjoy!

I am actually writing a cookbook. Here is one recipe from my collection.
Veal Parmesan
Ingredients:
1 package of veal, bone in or de-boned
Garlic salt, pepper, and vegetable oil
Bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, spaghetti sauce, green pepper, onion, spaghetti
A baking dish, wooden spoon, tongs, strainer, fry pan, large pot.
1. Soak veal in one/two beaten eggs depending on size.
2. Add a teaspoon of garlic salt, pepper.
3. Add crumbs to bowl and coat veal on both sides.
4. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and add the veal.
5. Fry the veal on both sides till golden brown.
6. Remove the veal and put it into the baking dish.
7. Coat the veal with some spaghetti sauce and cheese and put it into the oven at 300degrees.
8. Bake for 20-30 mins.
Spaghetti and Sauce
Cut up the onion and green pepper and fry it. When it is cooked through add the remaining sauce and simmer over slow heat a few minutes. At this point you could add some Italian seasoning or Oregano. Turn off the heat and let sit.
Fill a large pot halfway with water and boil.
Add the spaghetti and cook until al-dente.
Serve the Parmesan on the spaghetti with some sauce and Parmesan cheese.
This dish can also be served with some garlic bread and salad.
