Would you choose to live your natural life(live as you do now until you die) or Would you like to have immortality(you will never age, never get sick, nothing can kill you, you cannot kill yourself, you will live forever you be there when your loved ones grow old and die, you will be there when the world ends) what would you choose?

Well.. I would like to live forever indeed. I mean who wouldn't want to. Plus I get to be invincible, that is so cool. The only problem is that my family and friends/loved ones would die and I would be watching it. This will make my socialization drop drastically because I would not want to get hurt. So living forever is great but there are negative effects.

I would choose to live my natural life than to live forever. Actually, the thought of living forever is bizarre. Why? Come to think of it, you will never die! And so with the other 6 billion + human beings living in this world! The point is, i don't think living forever will give us beneficial effects. If we all know that we have unlimited time here on earth, there's nothing that we have to be afraid of, because we will never die! No one will ever kill us. And if procrastination happens in natural life, how much more in an eternal life? :D Oh, just sharing my thoughts. I actually like your topic. Thanks for initiating it. :)

I think I would choose immortality, so long as I was able to live independently - ie, not hooked up to a bunch of machines, just breathing, but actually able to read, listen to music, maybe travel). there's so much I want to read and do and see that i definitely won't be able to do it all.

I would like to live a normal natural life span. I wouldn't want to live forever. I would like to be put to rest just like everyone else.

I think it would be kind of cool to live forever and not grow old, but then I would want everyone else around me to be the same. If I could pick one age and stay that and so could everyone else that would be neat. I only think it would be neat because I would like to see what this world evolves into. Just like way back when, no one would have imagined computers or cars and now look. What is it going to be like 200 years from now. Will the world actually end like some predict? It would just be really neat to see all that will happen.

I would if I could die when I wanted to but since I couldn't I would have to say no. The universe will continue forever, most people cant really understand what that means. Eventually after trillions of trillions of years it would just be you and absolutely nothing else in the universe but yourself, alone, forever. I would not want that existence. At first it would be fun but after a few millennia I'm sure I would get bored. The human mind can only store maybe a thousand years of memory anyways so after a time you would forget most of your life.

No I don’t want immortality. For one, if I am the only person to have immortality, then all my family and friends will be gone and I will be left all alone which I don’t want. Secondly, if we all are to gain immortality, nobody would die and there would be nothing new to look forward to. It would be absolute stagnation or maybe the world would be so overcrowded, we would be actually stepping on each other’s toes all the time.

You would be lucky if you had a foot to move around in,it would be so crowded if we all lived for ever, quite a few of the people I have known say that they feel tired at the end of their lives {worked at old peoples home}I could live with wiping out all these dreadful diseases and everybody lived their natural time span that would be ok.Just me living forever no way, I want to go at 99 and see all my kids fit and healthy and my grandchildren.Live well and that all I have taught them about love being put into action that will do me.

I don't think that I would choose to live forever. Especially if the people that I love could not live with me. Imagine the pain of seeing the people that mean the most to you die - I don't think I would like to deal with that. In addition, I think that the value of life would be slightly lost if we could live forever, many of us might start taking things for granted - I mean, if we can live forever, there would be no value of time...

I would agree to live forever as long as everyone is like me. If I prefer to live forever, someday I would be alone not with a dying body but with a dying soul. Seeing your love ones dying & dying all over again for there is no infinite life here on earth. who wants to see their love ones dying here? no one for sure. I'd rather die early, at least I had the beautiful things in my life that I would never forget until I die.

Recently I always think about the same question the right-to-die.In fact I think people should have right to decide their own lives. If I was diagonsed a incurable disease,I would rather to die. This will relieve both my family and myself. But if I could be healthy forever,I aslo chose to die naturally.Loneliness is so terrible and watching your loved passing away is aslo a cruel thing.

I'd just like a good long life, and to spent it with all of the people I love. I think it would maybe be ok to live for a very long time. You'd get to see things change a lot, and if you were wise with your money you would have a huge bank account and be able to help other people out too.

Hello coolmailraj. I would love to die old with no disease. I think that it is best end of life with no disease, no pain, but in a peaceful way. I would like to live as long as possible so that I can see my grandchildren married with their own children.

No , i certainly do not want to live forever in this world even if Lord Bramha or Lord Shiva were to grant me the boon. What is the point in living forever when all your relatives and friends have gone away and you are left all alone. My wish is to depart from this worldly life at the earliest or whenever my time comes and never to be reborn or reincarnate again in any form. The pleasures of this life are impermanent, illusory and transitory and we should forego all attachments and leave this world with a clean slate so that we never ever come back again.

I think I really would like to be immortal as long as everyone else was also. I think some people do not appreciate this beautiful world we really do live in. Life is what you make it. I would love to see all the history from years ago and all the new things that will happen. I can only picture them in my head but being there and seeing them would be incredible. Yes! I want to be immortal and live forever. Maybe I could make this a more caring and appreciated world for others.

Well now if I could be about 25 or 30 then yes imortality might just be the thing. If I had to be my own age then no way. Who wants to be 63 for ever. Not me. I think the problem with loved ones growing old and dieing, wouldn't be a problem if they were turned as well. So then the Vamps will inherite the earth. Interesting

nopes, i dont want to live on this earth forever, even i didnt want to live for long life rather i prefer to live a short life in which i hav enjoyed all the things.i think when u become old ur body start responding accordingly ur muscle contrattion n relaxation no longer remains the same, and our bones to get weakened so i will definately prefer to live a short, healthy, prosperous life not immortal one.
