I use in home walking dvd's everyday, I like them, they are easy to do right in your living room, you don't even have to go outside. I've tried the treadmill and I can't stay motivated enough to keep using it, I get bored with it after awhile. The dvd's aren't boring to me, I have several and I alternate them everyday, I've lost 20 lbs so far using them.

Those are the ones I use, Leslie Sansone, I started with her Walk the Walk 1 and 2 mile one, then I went on to her Walk Away the Pounds 1 and 2 mile, and I have her Walk Slim 1 and 2 mile dvd. I walk 2 miles 3 days a week and 3 miles two days a week, I've been doing it faithfully for a year now, its the only thing I've used where I actually seen results and I think thats what keeps me motivated. Like with the treadmill I walked on it everyday, for months, but I wasn't seeing anything, so I'd get discouraged and quit walking.

running, push ups, pull ups, jumping jacks, tummy trimmers, karate. I love to exercise and get physical with it. But I have to admit. If you want a really good workout try karate. Boy would you enjoy it.
Here's my standard routine.
10 min. running on the spot but with raising legs horizontal
10 min. jumping jacks
10 min. skipping
I try to make 10 min.shadow boxing
I try to make 10 min. horse stance
finish off with 100 diamond cut push ups.
By the time I'm finished I'm motionless. Painful feeling but still feels good.

I have a friend who teaches yoga and it is suppose to be a great form of exercise. She lives in a different town or I would be going to her classes.
I am not big into exercise. My new year resolution is to get on the treadmill every day.

I walk around my village for at least 30 minutes but I can't seem to keep a schedule. Things come up like dinner with the family or outing with my friends. I used to go to the gym every afternoon and I really lost weight. But now, I have a sort of part time work so I am stuck in the office and cannot go to the gym in the afternoon. When I'm home, I'll be tired so the gym is out of the question already...

i do yoga and brisk walking in the evenings. one thing what i think is important is that you should be consistent in what you are doing and also keep a check on what you eat. I would suggest avoid junk and fried food items and switch to vegetables, fruits and salad. You should feel fresh and energetic the whole day and not at all feel down or lazy while following this routine. Don't skip meals and try to have 4-5 small meals than 3 large meals because if you starve for a long time you tend to eat more. But if you feed yourself with small meals you never feel so hungry as to stuff anything in. High protein and high fiber breakfast also helps to keep hunger away till lunch time. So be steady and enjoy your weight loss in a healthy way.

I teach inner core exercises, which build the muscles from the inside out, (2 times a week 1 hr sessions), also I teach pole dance classes 4 times a week (1-1/2 hour classes) it is an awesome work out. No I do not dance for money hahaha I do it for the work out and to get together with like minded people.

I'm 75, and still working every day. I haven't had a medical for 40 years. I do yoga for 45 minutes every morning before breakfast. Yoga is a series of slow stretching movements, designed to strengthen your muscles and lubricate your joints. Its easy to do and will help keep you young, and your muscles flexible. My Avatar is a picture of myself doing an advanced yoga posture. Be Young with Yoga!

I am not doing anything but I really need to start. I will probably start out walking and doing a little exercise at home. That is what I am going to do to start my New Year off right.

I am the kind of person that gets bored quickly. So i constantly change my exercising schedule.
Typically my exercises involve:
Cardio Days: Basketball, sprints, and jogging
Weightlifting days: max effort lifting, and high repetition lifting
Oh and yoga is very good for you, a lot of people like it because it really tests the body.
