Hello mrbrownedeye. It is true that being healthy makes one young-looking. If one is not enjoying a good health, he usually looks much older than his real age. I am glad that I enjoy a good heath. Happy New Year to you, friend.

I think so. If you are healthy, you are limiting the amount of hurtful toxins in your system. The toxins, do damage to the inner and outer body, the less that you have the better. The healthier you are, the easier for the body to remove the toxins. So I guess, that without the toxins, you would both look and feel younger.

Yes, because taking care of our health means taking care of our body. It is one way of maintaining a younger looking personality. If we are healthy it shows not only to our body but to our face also.

Certainly, there is not a pinch of doubt about it. We can hardly find a person who has a ill health and is looking younger. Rather we commonly find that some people looks more than their actual age. That happens from not being healthy - both physically and mentally. I think, more important is being healthy from mental point of view. Most disorders come from mental condition and one can remain cheerful and healthy in spite of physical troubles.
To keep away the signs of aging showing its mark on our face and body, we must try to remain cheerful in all conditions of life. Which is really difficult but one can achieve it. This can only make us look younger.
Healthy new year to you all
