The nerve of some folks

I work in a commercial sector where I deal with people everyday. For the most part my customers understand the arrangement that they are making and we have no problems. Then every so often I get a customer that, omce I have held up my end of the arrangement, they refuse to come through ewith their part. Then they want to get angry when I remind them of the terms. Are there any other folks that deal with the public everyday? I have been doing it now for more than 25 years and I am about sick of it!
