I have so much to eat in colledge that my weight has grown to some unbareable extent. So I decided to lose weight.
However we are having exams in a few weeks. I have to prepare for it. I need not only energy but also time.
I am afraid that this can be the most embarrassing time. If I have to weight by controlling my meal, there will be little energy for me. If by exercising, there can be no time.
I still think that the examination coms first. I will have to put off my weight losing....

Hi Haojijia, I think if you have suitable physical exercise daily you won’t put on weight easily. We at least have to do 20 minutes of exercise to promote our blood circulation then the flowing 10 minutes is to burn the excessive fat in our body. If we take more food the day before we have to spend more time in daily exercise. We have to do our regular physical exercise continuously at least 30 minutes or more we then could keep our body slim and fit. I believe you still have sufficient time to study after spending 30 minutes or little more per day for exercise.
You could do your regular exercise before and after preparing your exam. I don’t think this would affect any of your study. Actually you would feel more energetic after having proper physical and sweating a lot. What’s more you still could keep on enjoy your eating to supply you the energy.
Happy posting and have a nice day.
