Did you eat like there is no tomorrow last Christmas?
I think most of us thinks that Holidays are a reason to be merry and fat. Some of us eats like there was no tomorrow, count me in on that. Just kidding, I did not eat that much during the holiday, and thankfully my family did not prepared foods that are too sweet.. our dinner composed mainly of sea foods and beef, no dessert.. but oh.. December 25 was my nephew"s baptismal, and my sister ordered cake, that was the only guilty pleasure I had.. I eat cake, top with vanilla ice cream..
Hey guys, how about you?

Happy Holidays.. and hey we still have New Year.. don't go dieting yet.. [/i]

We had so much food here I had to freeze so much of it so it would not go to waist. I have a ham and some soup that is in the freezer. I also have loads of sweets in the freezer to eat later. I am glad I have a freezer to save all the left overs in.

I just eat normally. We have a lot of family dinners during the week of Christmas, and so I just eat a regular amount because I know there will be another big dinner the next day.

I did eat my fair share and I could have eaten more let me tell ya! I am lucky and don't think I really gained too much weight this season but I can see that a lot of people do struggle with some extra weight gain what with all of the great feasts.
I like the desserts too. Especially any kind of pecan pie!

I did pretty good over the Christmas holidays, I wasn't around to much sweets either, we didn't have a big dinner we all ate at our on homes, we (the family) had a Christmas brunch over to my daughters that morning and the evening we spent with other relatives, I spent mines at home and ate just a little of what I had fixed, my biggest problem is snacking at night. If I could cut back on that I would have it made.

I ate like we normally do on Christmas Day. I really do not recall what we had to eat that day. That is terrible.

Well, i did eat a lot of food last Christmas... it wouldn't be good to just waste delicious food... and good thing the only dessert we prepared was fruit salad... and we made it a point to cook some vegetables to even things out... but in general... i love the food... especially the chicken roll and spaghetti my mother cooked...

Hi there my friend. I do thing Christmas is a time of joy but i am against those people that eat very very much that the ambulance has to come and get them - i actually think those people are quite sad in a way because they have to spend their holidays in a hospital having stomach washes often. I eat quite normally with only occasional a little extra - and i mean just a little extra - i only get a maximum of 1 Kg extra during holidays that i later get out of my system relatively fast.

I was actually surprised at myself this Christmas, I managed to stay away from a lot of the treats around. Of course I still indulged a little but I didn't stuff myself! The worst part of Christmas food for me isn't the sweets it's the appetizers - all the yummy dips, spreads and platters! So much cheese and cold cuts, those are the worst!
